Registration
CFA Institute is pleased to offer complimentary conference registration to editorial staff and assigned freelancers of qualifying print, online and broadcast media outlets. To request your complimentary media pass, please contact the conference press team via tina.gould@cfainstitute.org.

Media Facilities
The conference auditorium provides free seating for all delegates. In addition, there will be optional dedicated table seating for members of the media and free wi-fi throughout the venue. Attending media may also opt to use the on-site media room, providing quiet work space.

Onsite Interviews
Registered journalists wishing to interview CFA Institute leadership and conference speakers onsite at the conference will be invited to put forward their speaker interview requests to the conference press team via tina.gould@cfainstitute.org.

Social Media
Follow the conference via @CFAinstitute and #Disrupt19 on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram for session summaries, photos and conference highlights.

Photography
An assigned photographer will be on site throughout the conference to capture conference and speaker images. Registered media outlets are invited to make their image requests known to the on-site communications team who will be pleased to provide suitable images as soon as they become available. Conference imagery tagged to #Disrupt19 shared via @CFAinstitute social media channels may be used without prior consent, sourced to CFA Institute.
