Connson Locke

Connson Locke is senior lecturer in practice at the London School of Economics (LSE), where she teaches leadership, organisational behaviour, and negotiation and decision making. She has over 30 years of experience as an educator, coach, and consultant working in Europe, Asia Pacific, North America, and Australia. Prior to entering academia, Dr. Locke served as regional training and development manager for the Boston Consulting Group, where she was responsible for the development of consulting staff in 10 offices across Asia Pacific. She was awarded the LSE Department of Management’s Outstanding Teaching Contribution Award and has twice been recognised for inspirational teaching in the LSE Student-Led Teaching Excellence Awards. Dr. Locke earned a BA in sociology from Harvard University, where she graduated with honours, and an MSc and a PhD and in organisational behaviour from the University of California, Berkeley.
