Graeme Griffiths

Graeme Griffiths is chief operating officer of the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI), a UN-backed initiative supported by over 2,000 investor signatories. Previously, he served as co-head of the PRI’s signatory relations team. Mr. Griffiths has more than 30 years of experience in asset management and corporate finance. Most recently, he was a client portfolio manager on the quality growth equities team at Vontobel Asset Management and a senior portfolio manager and head of currency overlay on the value equities team at AllianceBernstein. Mr. Griffiths has also served as a partner and head of European M&A at KPMG Corporate Finance and a senior M&A professional at J.P. Morgan, where he worked for 16 years in London, Hong Kong, and Tokyo. He serves as a member of the London Business School (LBS) International Alumni Council and as a mentor for the Prince’s Trust and the 30% Club. Previously, Mr. Griffiths served as an EU Trustee and as a non-executive director of Quebec Cartier Mining. He is a CAIA charterholder. Mr. Griffiths earned a BSc in economics from LSE and an MSc in management (Sloan fellowship) with distinction from LBS.
