Jane Hyun

Jane Hyun is founder and president of Hyun & Associates. She is a leadership strategist, executive coach, author of Breaking the Bamboo Ceiling, and coauthor of Flex: The New Playbook for Managing across Differences. Previously, Ms. Hyun served as vice president of human resources and talent at JPMorgan and director of recruiting at Deloitte & Touche. She appears regularly on CNN and CNBC and in the Wall Street Journal, Fortune, Forbes, Fast Company, the Washington Post, and other media to discuss leadership, culture, management, and diversity. Ms. Hyun has served on the board of Operation Exodus, as an adviser to the Toigo Foundation, and as research director for the Conference Board’s Cultural Fluency: Leadership Styles in Asia study. She currently serves as an adviser for the American Heart Association Diversity Council and for the Task Force for Talent Innovation. Ms. Hyun holds a degree in economics and international studies from Cornell University.
