Michael Kinstlick, CFA

Michael Kinstlick, CFA, is head of standards setting for the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), where he oversees research, analytics, consultation, codification, and maintenance of the SASB standards. He is the founding CEO of Coppersea Distilling, a field-to-glass farm distillery in the Hudson Valley, New York. Mr. Kinstlick has worked predominantly in finance, including roles in both core research and helping manage long–short strategies. He holds a BA in economics and philosophy from Columbia University, an MS in industrial engineering from Northwestern, and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
